Art Petty will deliver his Leadership Mastery for Technical Professionals workshop in an expanded day-long format on February 26, 2009 at The Data Warehouse Institute's (TDWI ) World Conference in Las Vegas.  The workshop premiered at the TDWI Conference in Chicago in May, 2008 to great reviews and it has been expanded to increase time for participant interaction and skills building practice. 

Art Petty announced the launch of his latest leadership workshop, Leadership Mastery for New Technical Leaders today (Read Press Release). Strategy & Management-Innovations, LLC announces the launch of two new powerful programs for strengthening leader and organizational performance:

Values Focused Management: Your organization's Values are powerful leadership tools for encouraging the behaviors needed to drive performance, improve communications, fuel innovation and support decision-making.  This course helps managers improve their personal and team effectiveness by learning how to harness and apply the power of their firm's Values.   Target audience: frontline, mid-level and informal leaders.

Strategy & Execution for Emerging Leaders: Top performing organizations recognize the need to engage all levels of managers in strategy creation and execution.  Learn the language and tools of strategy, with an emphasis on how to successfully apply the tools to help your organization create value, better serve customers and win in the marketplace.  This course is ideal for mid-level managers interested in expanding their skills and increasing their contribution to their firm's future success.

Art Petty, Principal and Founder of SMI will teach Project Management and Quality Management in the evening MBA program at DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, during the Fall, 2008 Quarter.  DePaul's Kellstadt School was recently ranked ninth in the nation by U.S. News and World Report in the magazine's 2009 graduate degree rankings. 

Strategy & Management-Innovations, LLC Principal, Art Petty, has been invited to teach an on-line program in Global Trade at McHenry County College during the Fall, 2008 Semester. The on-line format is ideal for working professionals seeking development while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Art Petty will conduct a 2-day workshop entitled: Leadership Mastery for Volunteer Managers at the United Way of McHenry Country-Volunteer Center on June 26 and 27th. "Champions of Change" is an annual conference sponsored by the MCC Shah Center to bring together educators, elected officials, municipal and business leaders who are faced with the challenges of today's rapidly changing conditions. Petty named adjunct faculty at DePaul University in the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.  Kellstadt, a Top 10 ranked part-time MBA program boasts one of the most diverse student populations and an outstanding reputation in the highly competitive Chicago-market.  Petty will teach Project Management in the evening MBA program beginning in the Spring Quarter, 2008.

Art Petty, Principal and Founder of Strategy & Management-Innovations, LLC, will speak on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at DePaul University, as a guest of Dr. Harold P. Welsch, Professor in the Department of Management and Coleman Foundation Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship.  Petty's presentation will focus on making the transition from a successful corporate role to entrepreneur.
