Leadership Mastery: Leadership for New Leaders

This interactive, two-day workshop on developing skills essential for success as a leader is designed for individuals in-line for a near-term management assignment, supervisors and managers with less than five years experience, new leaders, and project/program and other informal leaders.  The program provides emerging leaders with exposure to and practice for the concepts, approaches and tools needed to succeed in leading and developing high-performance teams.
